Our ICT Client Support team plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, proactive services to ensure a seamless ICT experience across all UniSQ campuses.
An opportunity is now available for an Asset Management Lead to join our team to oversee the full lifecycle management of our ICT assets, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and delivering an exceptional user experience across the University.
**Who you are**
You're a proactive and results-oriented professional with a strong background in managing ICT assets within large organisations. You have excellent project management skills and are passionate about continuous improvement.
**What you'll do**
Reporting to the Proactive Services Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of ICT assets at UniSQ, including IT asset provisioning, monitoring asset performance, and recovery of end-of-life devices.
Your initial key priorities will include:
- Taking a lead role in identifying gaps and opportunities in ICT asset management, including leading the ICT Asset Recovery project, aiming to consolidate and rationalise the fleet of endpoint devices (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
- Evaluating new opportunities for hardware and software, working to standardise UniSQ asset offerings for all stakeholders.
- Taking a lead role in the Printer Optimisation Project, working with the team to optimise printer utilisation and deployment throughout all UniSQ locations.
**What will help you succeed**
Together with your relevant computing qualification, you will have proven experience in managing ICT assets in a large organisation. Your experience in project management and process improvement methodologies combined with your ability to effectively liaise with a broad range of internal and external clients, will be key to your success in this role.

**Salary**: Total remuneration range $129,036 to $148,172 pa (includes salary range of $109,029 to $125,198 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
