The Opportunity
Technaus Solar is seeking an experienced Appointment Setter Supervisor to join our growing team in Canning Vale, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading a team of appointment setters and driving sales opportunities for our solar energy solutions.
Must have experience in outbound call center role or door to door sales, or high volume inbound/outbound call center to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coach a team of appointment setters to achieve sales targets
* Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement
* Analyse call data and sales activities to identify areas for optimisation
* Develop and implement training programmes to upskill the team
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Call warm leads and book in‐home assessment following the criteria
* Foster a positive, high‐performing team culture
* Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a sales or call centre environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Excellent problem‐solving and decision‐making skills
* Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting
* Passion for the renewable energy industry and a commitment to sustainable solutions
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
