We are looking for a systems analyst to work in the WFM Rostering Support Team as we support the HHS's in using the Infor WFM solution. We need someone with experience in analysing system issues, knowledge of the WFM solution as well as an understanding of myHR. You will also need to be experienced in client engagement and work well under pressure as part of a busy but supportive team.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Work effectively as part of a dedicated team to ensure the successful resolution of issues, delivery of services, systems support, change configuration and release management and contributing to deliverables to support the specific QH policies, procedures and standard and high quality practices including version control management;
- Contribute to the design, configuration, development, testing, documentation, implementation support and maintenance of the Queensland Health rostering, payroll and finance solutions; develop system specifications in accordance with required standards; and investigate and resolve systems support issues within service level timelines;
- Undertake quality assurance processes to ensure integrity and compliance status of the system. This will also include the production of system reports and analysis;
- Develop and maintain knowledge of client business requirements, legislative requirements and current trends and product developments within the IT industry and provide advice;
To be successful you will need the following key competencies including:

- Demonstrated effective business analyst experience including maintaining and enhancing a complex integrated systems solution.
- Demonstrated effective knowledge of integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, particularly in the area of functional and solution responsibility relating to rostering systems, such as Workbrain or equivalent.
- Proven customer focus with an emphasis on building relationships, understanding and meeting customer's needs and providing a value added service.
- Proven effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to draft business and solution recommendations.
- Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
