Senior Clinical Director
As Senior Clinical Director, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across all clinical and wellbeing services. You'll mentor and guide Clinical Managers (nursing), Wellbeing Leads, and the Permanent Impairment Administration Team to ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and innovation.

The key responsibilities include:
* Lead clinical governance and quality assurance across all sites
* Mentor and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams
* Oversee onboarding, training, and performance management
* Drive strategic initiatives aligned with AVHS's mission
* Ensure compliance with DVA guidelines and legislative standards
* Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Team on service delivery and innovation
* Manage operational efficiency, recruitment, and stakeholder engagement
Travel will be required between sites.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology with AHPRA Accreditation
* Minimum 5 years in a senior clinical leadership role
* Deep understanding of clinical governance and healthcare compliance
* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire clinical teams
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
* Valid and current professional license to practice
* Willingness to travel
* Experience in veteran healthcare or occupational medicine
* Familiarity with medico-legal reporting and DVA frameworks
* Track record of leading quality improvement initiatives
