Community Services Administration Co-Ordinator

The Community Services Administration Co-ordinator is responsible for the administration & co-ordination of the Home Ownership, Community Connect & Mini Mart Programs. The role ensures programs are delivered in line with organisational objectives.
* Position Responsibility
o Co-ordinate, implement and evaluate Home Ownership, Community Connect & Mini Mart Program.
o Ensure programs are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with community needs.
o Drive continuous improvement through monitoring outcomes, client feedback, and service innovation.
* 2.0 Community & Cultural Engagement
o Ensure all Housing, Community Connect & Mini Mart Program services are delivered in a culturally safe and respectful manner, aligned with Aboriginal cultural values.
o Build trust and rapport with clients, families, and Elders, ensuring cultural guidance informs service delivery.
* 3.0 Staff & Team Management
o Provide co-ordination and daily oversight for program staff.
o Candidates must demonstrate 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
o Build a collaborative and high-performance culture aligned with organisational values.
o Ensure staff compliance with HR policies, Code of Conduct, and WHS standards.
* 4.0 Resource Co-Ordination
o Ensure efficient and accountable use of organisational resources.
* 5.0 Stakeholder Engagement
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community partners, funders, and regulatory bodies.
* 6.0 Quality Mgt
o Ensure personal compliance with quality processes and procedures.
* 7.0 Health, Safety & Environment Mgt
o Ensure personal compliance with HSE processes and procedures.
o Actively participate in the ongoing improvement of services or processes through incremental and breakthrough improvements.
* 9.0 Administration
o Prepare and submit accurate reports to the Community Services Manager.
* 10.0 Teamwork & Communication Mgt
o Collaborate with colleagues in a spirit of support and respect of others.
o Share your knowledge and skills with colleagues to build a learning environment.
Qualifications & Experience Required
* Certificate IV in Community Services, related field (or working towards); career & lived experience will be considered.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Lived experience or strong connection with Aboriginal communities.
* Previous experience in community services.
* Knowledge of community services, government community frameworks, and community providers.
* First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, or related community support training.
* Current WA Driver's Licence.
* National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
