who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, bring in new employer partners, and lead our recruitment team.

We are expanding nationwide and seeking a dynamic
Recruitment Manager
to drive employer partnerships and manage full 360° recruitment.
This role includes regular employer visits (especially in SA) and interstate travel for business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong employer relationships across Australia
* Secure new job vacancies through proactive outreach, networking and industry visits
* Manage full 360° recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviews & placements
* Lead, support and drive the recruitment team to achieve targets
* Conduct regular site visits and travel interstate as required
* Work closely with marketing to improve candidate flow and employer engagement
* Support business growth through strategic planning and execution
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years' experience in agency or 360 recruitments
* Proven ability to acquire new employers and generate job opportunities
* Experience recruiting for Trades, Health, Community Services, IT or Engineering (preferred)
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work autonomously and lead a team
* Willingness to travel regularly
* A proactive, results-driven mindset

Supplementary Pay:
above 80k-100k + Performance bonus
