**Key Role:** Office Administrator
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to provide administrative support across various aspects of our operations. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior staff to implement policies and procedures that drive business growth and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
**Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including participants, employees, and external partners.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, scheduling, and data management.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify process improvements and implement efficient solutions.
- Participate in corporate and community events to promote our organization and build relationships.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Apple products, Google Drive, and Microsoft software.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**
- 2+ years of experience in administration or a related field (NDIS experience preferred).
- First Aid Certification (desired).
- Working with Children Check (desired).
- National Police Certificate (desired).
- Australian Driver's Licence (desired).
