To succeed in this role, the individual will require:
* A Bachelor of Applied Science Construction Management and Economics (Building Surveying) or equivalent
* A Building Surveyor Level 1 Certificate of Qualification issued by the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety
