Administration Support Officer
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a range of administrative and logistical support services, including responding to enquiries, coordinating meetings, and managing travel.
* Perform key finance processing duties, including managing cost centers and accounts payable.
* Monitor and manage the general administration email inbox, which experiences a high influx of emails.
* Act as an efficient communication link and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, redirecting issues as required.
* Collect, compile, and prepare documentation to support information flow and inform decision-making.
* Update and maintain records and databases, ensuring all information is accurate, stored correctly, and accessible.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in finance processing, including cost centers and accounts payable.
* Demonstrated experience with the full Microsoft Office suite, particularly strong skills in Excel and Outlook.
* The ability to deliver multiple administrative support activities in line with agreed standards and tight timeframes.
* A proactive approach, with the ability to research, analyse information, and solve problems effectively

* Experience working within the NSW Government or Federal Government is highly desirable.
