As Portfolio Director of Marketing & Digital, you'll oversee strategy and performance across five incredible Accor-branded properties.
You'll lead bold, results-driven marketing campaigns that fuse data, design, and storytelling to deliver real impact.
This full-time role will ideally see you based with the team on the Sunshine Coast, but for the right candidate, Cairns is also an option—with flexible working arrangements available.
* Drive digital performance through SEO, SEM, web analytics, social media, and online distribution platforms.
* Collaborate with Sales and Revenue leaders to align marketing with property-level commercial goals.
* Manage campaign delivery from concept to performance tracking, across paid media and PR.
* Champion loyalty initiatives and partnerships that drive guest retention and new revenue streams.
* Ensure brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints, from signage to social.
Job Requirements
* Proven senior marketing leadership experience within hospitality, ideally with branded hotel environments or international hotel groups.
* A strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Skilled in crafting integrated campaigns that deliver real impact.
* Deep expertise in digital marketing, CRM platforms, and revenue-focused marketing tools.
* A natural innovator—confident navigating emerging digital trends, platforms, and technologies.
* Commercially astute with the creative instinct to shape compelling, brand-aligned content.
