About the Role
The Mental Health Clinician is a key frontline position within our service.
* Responsibilities include brief and ongoing interventions, as well as the development of collaborative individual care plans for people aged 25-65 years.
* You will function autonomously, while also working collaboratively with other clinicians to participate in the planning and development of services for individuals with mental health issues and their families.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence-based interventions, comprehensive assessments, and care planning.
* Participate in clinical review and quality assurance processes.
* Attend business and professional development meetings, and contribute to the development and maintenance of community partnerships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
* AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist (with mental health accreditation), or AASW Accredited Mental Health Social Worker or Registered Nurse and / or Registered Mental Health Nurse.
* Demonstrate knowledge and experience in clinical mental health assessment and evidence-based interventions.
* Proven judgment and evaluation skills indicating a working understanding of assessment and care planning.
