Overview:
Are you eager to use your HR expertise, significant influencing skills, intellectual prowess, and ability to lead at a place where you can have a huge impact? We're on the hunt for a dynamic HRBP who can strategically partner with Atlassians and People Leaders on the Product and Design teams.
**Responsibilities**:
**In this role you will**:
- Drive the business and constructively challenge leadership, employees and HR partners for purposes of improving outcomes or processes and coach all levels of management.
- Partner with the Global HRBP for our R&D team to deliver on our global people strategy and operational plan.
- Lead product craft initiatives and programs, partnering with other HR Business Partners and key stakeholders as needed. _(approx 30% of role)_
- Improve manager capability through 1:1 coaching and/or focused organisational interventions
- Support your client groups by using your communication, coaching, and organisation design skills to influence managers and execute on the R&D HR strategy.
- Lead people managers through core HR processes/programs (performance management, compensation planning etc.), providing insightful analytics and recommending actions to clients.
- Partner with other HR areas to initiate, develop and deliver HR solutions.
