Job Role
The role involves overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources. Key responsibilities include mobilizing and demobilizing personnel, contractors, and visitors, as well as managing flight bookings, rosters, payroll inputs, site compliance, training records, and safety reporting.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for processing purchase orders, invoices, employee expense claims, daily production reports, and data entry into systems. Additionally, they will support equipment servicing reports, asset records, and maintenance system updates.
Key Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar site administration role is required.
* Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with JDE, Kronos, or ERP systems are highly regarded.
* Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for effective teamwork with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
* A commitment to safety and a team environment is mandatory.
