About The Role As a Customer Experience Telemarketing Officer, you will be integral to LifeFlight Foundation’s goal of raising funds for life-saving equipment, new facilities, critical care doctors and beyond. Your role supports our investment in vital training, research, and innovation programs, all aimed at discovering more ways to save lives and ensuring that every individual has equitable access to life-saving healthcare, regardless of their location.
This casual role, based at our Robina office, reports to the Customer Experience Team Leader and plays a key role in the success of LifeFlight’s telemarketing initiatives. You’ll contribute to a variety of campaigns, including new donor acquisition, lotteries, seasonal appeals, as well as supporting our Regular Giving Programs and donor retention activities.
In This Role, You Will
- Conduct outbound calls to new and existing LifeFlight supporters.
- Utilise proven sales frameworks to deliver the best possible outcomes for each campaign.
- Provide a supporter-focused experience in every interaction to help achieve campaign goals.
- Accurately capture supporter information using an outbound dialler and online portals.
Our call centre operates during standard business hours, though the specific hours for this role may vary from week to week. During our campaign periods, which run throughout the year, additional hours may be required to meet demand.

- Must have previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a telemarketing role
- Experience supporting a charity or not-for-profit organisation (desirable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Confidence to handle objections effectively.
- Solid computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A motivated attitude with a desire to perform at your best every day.
- Resilience and a positive approach to challenges.
