Overview Talent Acquisition Partner – Australia. You will work with a TA Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle (planning, marketing, selection and interviewing) for a variety of roles across different functions and locations. You will collaborate with stakeholders from both local and international teams and continuously improve our talent attraction strategies to ensure a fast, friendly and equitable recruitment process. Location : Sydney, New South Wales, Australia What you will do Partner directly with Engineering, SRE, Data, and Product leaders to define hiring needs and build world-class teams Own end-to-end hiring for highly specialized roles across domains Develop and execute sourcing strategies for top-tier talent in high-scale, transactional, and domain-specific environments Act as a trusted advisor—shape the future of our engineering culture, not just fill roles Craft compelling narratives reflecting our engineering values: observability, accountability, resilience, and service ownership Drive a high-touch candidate experience that reflects the ambition and quality of our engineering organisation Work with the People Experience team to improve and scale recruitment processes Implement talent marketing trends and collaborate on employer branding to design campaigns and events to attract top talent Analyse metrics to understand hiring patterns and measure effectiveness of attraction tools (job boards, social media, etc.) Assist hiring managers throughout the full recruitment cycle, ensuring quality and timely decisions Provide hiring training to internal stakeholders and mentor junior staff Lead and contribute to internal People and TA projects, locally and globally Develop and sustain talent pools for future hiring needs Ensure data quality and accuracy throughout the recruitment process Align with the team\'s strategy and goals to enhance performance and outcomes Your experience Proven experience hiring for complex, high-scale engineering environments Deep understanding of modern engineering principles: DevOps, observability, service ownership, and distributed systems Ability to engage credibly on technical topics—you already speak the language Experience hiring in specialized domains like SRE, Data Science, Quant, or AI A strategic mindset—you act as an extension of the leadership team, not just a delivery partner Strong storytelling and candidate engagement skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ambition environment with minimal ramp-up time Understands the importance of cultural fit as well as role fit and applies this to all hiring decisions Proactive, determined, and confident when engaging with internal and external stakeholders Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and processes in a dynamic, collaborative environment About us At FDJ UNITED, we don’t just follow the game, we reinvent it.
