Reporting to the Head Chef and working closely with the front of house team, you will be preparing and delivering bespoke menus that complement the breathtaking views from the bistro overlooking the golf course and Bass Strait.
About you
* A minimum of 4 years' hands on industry experience in a similar role
* Professional presentation, proactive attitude and a desire to grow your skill set
* Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu design, events and venue activations
* Passionate and knowledgeable about local, seasonal produce
* Support sustainable kitchen operations, including stock control
* A champion of food safety, cleanliness and compliance
