Supplements established procedures and instructions with own troubleshooting skills in order to identify and resolve technical problems.
More complicated issues should be passed to Senior Service Specialist for further investigation and resolution.
This position typically only requires a medium level of supervision and direction.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Analyzes Incidents to identify service restoration actions to be takenPerforms Incident investigation diagnosis and resolutionMonitors the status and progress towards resolution of assigned IncidentsAssists with the fulfilment of Service RequestsAssists with the detection and recording of possible ProblemsKeeps affected business partners informed about progressEscalates the process as necessary per established escalation policiesProvides hardware and software support for all supported Personal Computer and Mobile Devices plus associated peripheralsProvides basic support of telephony and UC systemsProvides support of conference room audio video equipmentMaintains accurate hardware and software inventory and configuration informationCreates knowledge articles for publication to technical and non-technical personnelProvides basic training to end users on ad-hoc basisWork as part of an on-call shift rota for out of hours IT supportComply with Cubic's values and adherence to all company policy and procedures.
