What you’ll be doing
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll own the entire sales journey—from hunting down fresh leads to crafting compelling pitches and sealing the deal—welcoming new clients to the brand. Success is measured by actively growing the number of new client accounts, meeting sales targets to support revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead generation: Proactively reach out to companies that can benefit from our travel solutions through outbound cold calls. Build solid, lasting relationships to position FCBT as their trusted travel partner.
- Understand client needs: Talk with prospects to learn about their travel requirements and challenges. Clearly explain how FCBT can simplify their travel programs, save money, and support their business goals.
- Onboarding new clients: Ensure a smooth onboarding process so new clients feel confident using our services. Connect them with their dedicated travel team for ongoing support and expert guidance.
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking an outbound sales professional who loves the thrill of the hunt, building meaningful connections, and closing deals.
- Strong experience in outbound sales, including multi-channel lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about delivering sales targets and achieving KPIs.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills—able to sell to people of all backgrounds.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environment, staying organized and managing time effectively.
