Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the NSW Government, you will play a vital role in transforming customer service and digital transformation.
The successful candidate will support breach scenarios by providing a tailored CRM and telephony solution, data analysis, data cleansing and reporting to enable timely notifications to affected customers. This includes:
* Trend Identification: Identifying trends and patterns in complex data to answer business problems
* Databases Development: Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems and analytics strategies
* Data Quality Control: Filtering and cleaning data for quality and accuracy of source data
* Reporting and Visualisation: Producing reports and visualisations to communicate findings to stakeholders
To achieve these objectives, the successful candidate will work closely with senior analysts and engage with stakeholders on data analysis and cleansing during agency breach responses.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Strong Analytical Skills: A strong understanding of applying QA, validation and data linkage in a business context
* Technical Expertise: Experience with tools including Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft Office and data viz/reporting tools like Power BI
* Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with desirable experience in Python, Databricks and Salesforce admin
* Communication Skills: Clear communication skills, capable decision-making, and an Australian citizenship to maintain Negative Vetting Level 1 National Security Clearance

The base salary starts at A$113,574 plus superannuation.
