About the Position:
A new opportunity has opened for an experienced
Senior Associate – Commercial Litigation
to join our client's expanding dispute resolution practice.
You'll be stepping into a central role within a team that handles a diverse mix of sophisticated matters—from director and shareholder disputes, contract breaches, regulatory enforcement actions, to high-value tax litigation and IP disputes.
This is more than just a technical legal role. You will be expected to contribute to case strategy, build trusted client relationships, and play a key part in mentoring junior solicitors. You'll work side-by-side with an accomplished litigation partner known for both legal precision and commercial acumen, with exposure to headline-making disputes and a direct path toward a more senior leadership role.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years PAE, ideally in commercial litigation at a mid or top-tier firm
Strong file management experience and ability to lead on strategy and execution
Exposure to regulatory disputes, tax controversies, or commercial fraud an advantage
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
Ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively
Proven capacity to manage demanding caseloads and meet deadlines
Commercial mindset with a client-centric approach to practice
On Offer:
Salary Package:
Up to $200,000 including super (dependent on experience)
