About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and mature individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver for M&B Rural & Pet in Dunsborough. This fulltime role is perfect for someone who is energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and deliver orders in collaboration with Store Supervisor.
* Provide in-store customer support, including transactions and product advice.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and support in all interactions.
* Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers.
* Handle and manage heavy materials as required, with some repetitive movements.
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
What We Are Looking For:
* Availability: Must be available Monday - Friday.
* Licenses: A current manual driver's license with a good driving record is essential. A valid forklift license is also required.
* Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and repetitive movements as part of the job requirements.
* Customer Focus: Ability to understand and meet the needs of our customers, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Team Player: Ability to work well in a busy team environment, contributing to a positive and productive workplace.
* Learning Mindset: Enthusiasm for continual learning and a desire to increase product knowledge.
