We're currently working with a number of respected residential builders across Perth, ranging from award-winning custom home specialists, boutique builders, and established first home companies. With strong pipelines of work and continued growth, they are now looking to add talented Draftspersons / Designers to their teams.
Based in the Northern Suburbs, you'll work closely with experienced Designers, Senior Draftspersons, and leadership teams on a variety of residential projects.
Responsibilities
* Preparing concept plans, working drawings, and documentation packages using ArchiCAD
* Meeting with clients to understand design needs and preferences
* Assisting with design briefs and plan amendments
* Producing 3D renders and presentation material where required
* Working closely with internal design, sales, and construction teams
* Managing communication with clients throughout the pre-construction process

Key Requirements
* Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD, with hands‐on experience producing full working drawings for new home builds
* Previous experience as a Draftsperson or Designer with a main contractor builder
* Solid background with a home builder, with exposure to new home construction essential
* Strong communication and client‐facing skills
* High attention to detail with a practical and creative mindset
