* This position is within a joint facility between the Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics and the Research School of Physics.
We seek an early career academic with experience in experimental physics or engineering.
Expertise in optics, laser interferometry, modern feedback controls using RFSoC-based platforms, opto-mechanics, and mechanical design systems towards picometer-scale sensing with a focus on low-frequency gravitational force sensing would be highly desirable.
