About the Client
Our client is a global logistics and supply chain company operating as part of a major international shipping group. They specialize in inland transportation, container depots, warehousing, and intermodal solutions, ensuring the efficient movement of goods across international markets. With a strong presence in over 70 countries, our client delivers integrated, end-to-end logistics services tailored to meet the needs of various industries.
What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, you will be responsible for data entry and maintaining accurate employee and recruitment records, using Workday recruitment and HR systems to process new starters, employee changes, and terminations. You will support onboarding, compliance, and employee documentation, assist with medical, drug and alcohol screening (DAS) and NPC tracking, and provide general HR and office administration support. Maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data will be essential, along with supporting the HR team through ad-hoc projects and reporting as required.
What You Will Need:
* Certificate IV in Human Resources (essential)
* Previous office or administration experience in a HR or recruitment environment (desirable)
