Oshc Coordinator Job Description
The Oshc Coordinator role involves leading a team of Educators at a primary school in Traralgon, Victoria.
* This includes managing a service for children aged 5-12 years before and after school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and facilitate engaging child-centered programs with activities such as STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft.
* Foster healthy relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents.
* Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
* Manage day-to-day operations, compliance, and administration.
This is a permanent part-time position (29 hours per week) with the option to pick up holiday program shifts. You will receive an above award rate of $40-$60 per hour, plus bonuses, allowances, and other benefits.
