Nursing & Midwifery Permanent - Senior Recruitment Consultant
SustainHealth is currently recruiting for a Director of Nursing & Midwifery to lead a regional health service in rural South Australia.
This key executive role provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple sites, supporting high-quality patient care and driving innovation within the organisation.
About the Role:
* Senior leadership position overseeing nursing, midwifery, and multi-disciplinary teams
* Accountable for governance, clinical standards, and service delivery outcomes
* Manage human, financial, and material resources across multiple rural facilities
* Lead cultural, clinical, and operational improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with senior executives, unions, and external agencies
Key Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife
* Extensive management experience within hospital or community health settings
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proven ability to drive service delivery and workforce development
* Postgraduate qualifications in management or health administration (highly regarded)
