About the Role
Public Relations Manager – 12‐month fixed term, full‐time, based in Richmond with hybrid flexibility.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated PR and communications strategies across six brands.
* Build strong media relationships and secure high‐quality earned coverage across Australia and New Zealand.
* Lead influencer and affiliate programs, driving engagement, reach and commercial performance.
* Plan and deliver impactful product launches, media events, activations and brand experiences.
* Manage agency partners, budgets and cross‐functional stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
* Monitor brand reputation, track performance and provide insights to optimise results and ROI.
Qualifications
* 7+ years' experience in PR, communications or influencer marketing within beauty, personal care, FMCG, wellness or consumer brands.
* Demonstrated success managing multi‐brand portfolios.
* Proven event, activation and campaign management capability.
* Strong influencer, creator and agency management experience.
* Excellent communication, storytelling and creative ideation skills.
* Commercially minded with strong analytical and budget management skills.
* Established media and stakeholder relationships across consumer sectors.
