In this pivotal role, you’ll be the conduit between clients, their families, and our care services—ensuring that feedback is heard, incidents are managed with integrity, and care continues to improve every day.About The RoleReporting to the General Manager – Care Quality and Compliance, you’ll lead the national complaints and advocacy function, playing a key role in:Coordinating feedback and complaints processes with professionalism and careManaging the investigation and reporting of serious incidents and unexpected deathsLeading client and resident engagement initiatives to ensure their voices shape our servicesLiaising with external bodies like the Aged Care Quality and Safety CommissionChampioning a culture of transparency, safety, and continuous improvementYou will also support and train teams to meet mandatory reporting obligations, maintain strong data records, and share meaningful insights through our governance forums.About YouYou’re a natural communicator and compassionate leader with a strong clinical and governance background.
