Candidate MUST be based in BNE to be able to be considered.
Role Responsibilities:
* Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and baked goods from scratch
* Ensure high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene
* Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and service times
* Adhere to HACCP and site-specific food safety standards
* Maintain a clean and organised bakery workspace
* Collaborate with kitchen teams and follow production schedules
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Baking (or equivalent qualification) – mandatory
* Previous experience in a commercial or remote site bakery environment
* Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, mixing, proofing, and baking processes
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to work early mornings or split shifts
* Ability to pass site medicals
* Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
* With CBM & S11 (Advantageous)
