The Roles
We're building a strong pizza section and are looking:
* Pizza Chefs of all levels — from junior pizzaiolos to senior pizza chefs
* Cooks and chefs with a passion for dough, fermentation and wood-fired cooking
* Individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-quality kitchens
* Team players who want to grow, learn and help shape a new venue
You'll bring:
* Experience working with pizza dough — stretching, shaping and cooking in a wood-fired oven
* A strong understanding (or genuine interest) in fermentation and consistency
* Great communication and the ability to work as part of a tight-knit team
* Energy, pride in your craft and a desire to be part of an opening
