Site Supervisor / Supervisor Estimator Toowoomba Region Insurance Building Repairs $110,000 - $130,000 super vehicle We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor / Supervisor Estimator to manage insurance building repair works across the Toowoomba region. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong building background who enjoys managing repairs, coordinating trades, dealing with homeowners, and taking ownership of jobs from assessment through to completion. The role will suit someone who is comfortable working across a mix of residential insurance repairs, maintenance, restoration, and general building repair projects. The Role You will oversee a portfolio of insurance repair jobs across Toowoomba and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for managing site activity, coordinating trades, checking scopes, identifying variations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, professionally, and within agreed timeframes. You'll be the key link between site, internal office teams, clients, trades, and homeowners.
