This well-established civil construction business is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to lead HRIS implementation and support the rollout of Cornerstone.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in reviewing, implementing and embedding HR systems across the business. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll ensure Cornerstone is rolled out and running effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive the implementation and integration of Cornerstone
* Review existing HR processes and systems
* Recommend and advise on fit-for-purpose HR software solutions
* Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and change management
About You
* Proven experience delivering HRIS/HR system implementations
* Strong understanding of HR platforms and system capabilities
* Confident consulting with the business and providing practical, commercial advice
* Construction or project-based industry experience highly regarded
