The Role We're looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to step into a Field Service position working on civil earthmoving equipment across Melbourne. You'll be attending breakdowns, diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on site. This is proper hands-on work with autonomy - not stuck in a workshop all day. Hours: Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 3:30pm Regular overtime available (10-hour days if you want them) Saturday OT available when required Plenty of hours there for someone who wants to maximise their weekly earnings. They've got: Strong leadership and experienced management Modern tooling and equipment Proper OEM training and support Long-term stable work What You'll Need Diesel trade qualification (LV considered with relevant heavy experience) 1-2 years' experience in field service or breakdown support Experience on civil earthmoving machinery Strong diagnostics and breakdown skills Comfortable working independently in the field Good attitude and professional approach on customer sites This role suits someone who enjoys problem solving, working autonomously and earning solid money through consistent hours.
