Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team in the Midwest, providing therapeutic services to young people aged 12 to 25.
The successful candidate will be part of a small, multidisciplinary team working in a youth mental health outreach program that offers early intervention, counseling, care coordination, and community-based mental health support.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Delivering high-quality therapeutic services to young people, including those with complex needs.
* Working closely with Aboriginal young people, families, and community stakeholders.
* Building trust and responding flexibly to meet the needs of clients.
* Operating with cultural sensitivity and understanding social and emotional wellbeing models.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing, or similar.
* Full registration with AHPRA, AASW, or relevant professional body.
* A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Clearance.
* Experience working in regional or remote WA and/or with Aboriginal young people.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form respectful and effective relationships with community members and partner organisations.
