**About the Opportunity**:
Tracks is seeking an Health Coordinator to assist in the coordination of service delivery of the facilities maintenance across the AGFMA Health Portfolio. This is a permanent fulltime position based out of Modbury with some onsite support required occasionally.
**Key Duties include, but are not limited to**:
- Minute taker for all meetings and correspondence to participants
- Primary tactical administration support
- Chasing subbies (closure - Breakdown and PM)
- Supporting subbie system use
- Supporting Staff with basic system skills
- Minor Project coordinator link role to the Projects team to ensure consistency and awareness
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Business Administration qualifications
- Demonstrated ability working in a facilities management environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder across a range of business and client relationships
- Demonstrated communication and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Current drivers’ licence
