Are you an organised and detail-driven administrator with a passion for compliance and operational support? Alfabs is currently seeking an Administrative Compliance Assistant to support our Diesel Workshop operations across our Unanderra and Kurri Kurri locations.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our workshop teams maintain compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal quality systems. You will also provide administrative and coordination support to the Diesel Workshop team, supporting documentation, reporting, payroll inputs, training coordination, and more.

Key Responsibilities
* Support and maintain workshop compliance with safety, legal, and industry requirements
* Assist with audits, internal assessments, and reporting for compliance and ExDES (Recognised Service Facility) standards
* Manage and maintain compliance documentation, records, and updates
* Track non-conformance issues and assist in follow-ups and process improvements
* Support the coordination and tracking of training and competency records
* Provide general administrative assistance to the Diesel Workshop team including document control, scheduling, meeting coordination, and payroll inputs
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and contribute to team communication
* Assist in maintaining office resources, filing, and accurate workshop records
What You'll Bring
* Qualification in Business Administration (or similar)
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role
* Previous exposure to a workshop, engineering, or manufacturing environment highly regarded
* Familiarity with quality or compliance frameworks desirable
* Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* High attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
* A current driver's licence
