Position
Global Lubricant Distributor's is currently seeking motivated applicants for a Delivery Driver / Storeman to join our Lismore team.
As a Delivery Driver / Storeman you will be responsible for safely transporting products to our valued customers in a timely and professional manner. You will work independently, ensuring accurate and effective deliveries while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Duties
- Safely and efficiently deliver goods to customers in a timely manner
- Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Load, unload, and organise deliveries at the warehouse
- Ensure all deliveries are properly documented and signed for
- Perform routine vehicle checks and keep the delivery truck maintained in good condition
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including assisting with unloading when required
- Assist with organising and maintaining stock in the warehouse
- Help with stock rotation and ensure items are stored correctly
Selection Criteria
- Valid Heavy Vehicle driver's licence
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or storeman is an advantage
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items when necessary
- Excellent time‐management skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and a customer‐focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently and safely under pressure
- Strong problem‐solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organisational skills
