Job Opportunity: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Culinary Professional to join our team as a Chef De Partie.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cooking and preparing food products, with a strong focus on presentation and quality. A commercial cookery certificate or related field is also required.
As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the preparation and presentation of food products, ensuring that the highest standards are met at all times. This includes preparing ingredients and equipment in advance, directing kitchen staff, and working with the supervisor to manage manpower needs.
