Key Responsibilities
Operational Management, Staff Management, Customer Service, Financial Management, Marketing & Sales, Compliance & Reporting
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with Pizza Hut's brand standards, policies, and procedures.
Manage inventory levels and place orders for food, supplies, and equipment as required.
Ensure health and safety, food hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met.
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise team members (kitchen staff, delivery drivers, front-of-house, etc.).
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching or disciplinary actions when needed.
Foster a positive work environment and ensure high staff morale and motivation.
Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally.
Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor daily sales, cash flow, and profitability.
Manage labor and food costs within budgeted targets.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, identify trends, and implement improvement plans.
Support local store marketing campaigns and promotions.
Drive sales targets through upselling, suggestive selling, and service excellence.
Analyze customer feedback and competitor activity to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations (labor laws, health codes, etc.).
Maintain proper documentation and reporting for audits and inspections.
Report to area managers and corporate on store performance metrics.
