About the Role
An award winning, well-known and established builder with a reputation for building quality homes is currently experiencing growth. Due to this, they are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to join their team in the South-west Sydney region. You will work with existing Consultants and work to build the team further.
* Key Responsibilities
* Manage, coach, and support a team of Sales Consultants
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets
* Monitor performance and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
* Work closely with marketing and design teams to align sales objectives
* Ensure a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales journeyAbout You
* Minimum 5 years' proven experience in residential building sales (custom/volume building experience is a MUST)
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
* Strong understanding of the NSW housing market
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
* Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver resultsWhat's on Offer
