You'll drive strategic marketing initiatives across retail, office, and residential sectors, managing high‐profile partnerships and delivering innovative activations that position Melbourne Quarter as the city's leading mixed‐use destination.Please note: this position is part‐time, 3-days per week.An overview of the role:Develop and implement comprehensive annual marketing strategy with integrated 12-month campaign calendarOversee all digital marketing channels including social media, website management, and content creationLead end‐to‐end delivery of precinct campaigns and activations from conception to analysisBuild senior‐level relationships with retail tenants and external partners including tourism bodies and cultural organisationsManage Precinct Activation Fund budget with full P&L accountabilityCurate public art programmes and installations that enhance precinct appealChampion customer‐centric experiences across all touchpoints whilst supporting retention and leasing objectivesSound like you?
