About the Role
This full-time position requires an all-rounder who can confidently oversee daily operations across bar, bistro, floor and gaming. You will play an active role in maintaining service standards, managing shift flow and ensuring smooth, efficient and enjoyable experiences for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support FOH operations across bar, bistro, floor and gaming
Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and energy
Manage busy lunch and dinner services with confidence and calm
Carry 2–3 plates during service and assist with food running
Ensure accurate ordering, pacing and attention to detail
Maintain strong communication between FOH and kitchen teams
Oversee gaming room standards, compliance and customer care
Uphold RSA and RSG requirements, venue policies and service standards
Contribute positively to team culture and staff development
What You Bring
Previous hospitality and supervisory experience in a high-volume venue
Gaming experience (or willingness to obtain an RSG/Gaming Badge)
Strong service, plate-carrying and multitasking skills
A calm and confident approach during peak periods
Excellent communication, presentation and attention to detail
A proactive, hands-on mindset and team-first attitude
RSA (or willingness to obtain)
Professionalism, reliability and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
