Skills and Experience
* Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment
* A current QLD RSA Certificate
* Availability across a 7 day roster - PM shifts
* A high standard of service and an agile, high-energy personality
* An engaging, confident and guest centric character with a natural drive to provide memorable guest experiences
Responsibilities as Cocktail Curator
* Demonstrate exceptional experience in cocktail, champagne, and wine service
* An absolute passion for your craft
* A high standard of service and excellent attention to detail
* The ability to anticipate and respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner
* A natural energy with a fun and positive attitude
* An innate ability to engage with our guests enhancing their experience and leaving them with lasting memories
