Job Accountabilities
* Ensure products are evaluated, tested and approved (sealed) in accordance with Company standards and mandatory requirements
* Ensure that full factory audit and approval on potential suppliers are carried out in accordance with Kmart policy with corrective action plan in place
* Ensure that all relevant inspection criteria (checklist, specification, QA report etc) and sealed sample are made available to the QC inspectors prior to production inspection
* Ensure inspection criteria(DCL) / Seal sample and product specification available to QC inspection
* Ensure customer feedback including complaint and supplier issues are managed and resolved with the suppliers
* Engage in Quality Improvement Activities and Ad hoc project as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in technical discipline and background
* At least 3 years' QA working experience
* Solid knowledge and experience in handling quality aspects of Toys related products
* Experience in handling quality aspects of Nursery Toys products will be a plus
* Preventive awareness in term of product secure
