Human Resources Operations Role
This position requires a strategic thinker with expertise in governance, compliance, and project management to lead HR operations and ensure strong Human Resources governance and compliance across the organization.
* Develop a comprehensive HR Governance Framework, including policies, guidelines, and standards, to drive consistency and accuracy in HR practices.
* Centralize the governance of HR content across employee-facing platforms, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
* Design and deliver HR collateral and training programs to support the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
* Lead process improvement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous innovation and improvement within the HR function.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Governance, Project Management or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated expertise in working with legislation, policies, and compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes and budgets.
