Workshop Operations Manager

You will oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion. You will schedule work based on customer needs and workshop capacity, conduct quality control, and perform final inspections before vehicle collection.
One of your key responsibilities will be to explain technical issues clearly to customers and stakeholders, as well as guide and support apprentices and technicians to help them grow in their careers.
