Communications Director Job Description
Job Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading luxury brand as the Communications Director. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in communications, PR, events and media, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement an integrated communications strategy to maximize brand desirability across Australia and New Zealand.
* Steer the communications team to integrate strategy across media, PR, celebrity and events to create a cohesive brand message.
* Collaborate closely with counterparts across different departments to drive long-term branding strategy and short-term sales results.
* Lead large and small-scale events strategy to drive brand affinity and create memories and emotional connection with clients.
* Define celebrity and content creators' strategy to develop visibility and focus on client target.
* Manage the communications budget and collaborate closely with promotional budget key stakeholders.
* Closely monitor performance of all communications and report internally for wider audiences.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
* +7 years relevant experience in Communications, PR, Events and Media, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
* At least 5 years' experience managing a high achieving team.
* A strong analytical skillset with forward thinking strategic ability.
* A creative mind that dares to push boundaries.
* The ability to multi-task and have the passion to help others.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to quickly adapt in a fast paced environment.
