There is currently an opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our wholesale team based in our Ascot Vale office. It is important that you have the relevant construction industry experience and have the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
· Quoting house & land packages
· Maintaining and distributing a weekly stocklists & tracking effectiveness
· Sales support for the BDM's & Sales Manager
· Create house sitings using LandConnect
· Sourcing latest land availability from external land sales offices
· Sourcing upgrade pricing
· Liaising with drafting, estimating, operations & marketings teams
· Communicating with Referral Partners (RP's) & land agents
· Generate HIA contracts and DocuSign
· Checking of sales quotes & contract documentation
