About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new pharmacy partners to expand our network of high-performing pharmacies.
As an Acquisition Business Development Manager, you will play a key part in driving business growth by developing and implementing targeted plans to engage and acquire new pharmacy partners. You will work closely with our Fulfilment teams to onboard new partners and ensure a smooth handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and Convert Pharmacy Partners
o Research and identify pharmacy partners that align with our mission and strategic goals.
o Develop a targeted plan to engage and acquire these partners, including communications activity and categorisation of pharmacy type.
o Execute the acquisition plan and maintain accurate records in our CRM tool.
o Review acquired partner reports and analytics to refine the optimal partner profile.
* Cultivate and Maintain Relationships
o Lead the negotiation process with prospective partners, focusing on agreement terms and service standards.
o Prioritise building strong, long-term relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, and decision-makers.
* Reporting and Analysis
o Maintain detailed records of all acquisition activities and deliver regular updates to our Head of Fulfilment.
o Analyse data to improve pharmacy identification and conversion rates.
Requirements
* At Least 3 Years of Experience
o Business development, sales, or pharmacy management experience is required, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
* Demonstrated Success
o A proven track record of acquiring and managing partnerships, with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
* Negotiation and Communication Skills
o Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, work-from-home position with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and select regional cities.
