About the role
Atlas Fuel Australia Pty Ltd, a leading Fuel company, is seeking a talented Business & Commercial Law Graduate to join their dynamic team at their Kwinana Beach, WA 6167 location. This is a full-time position that will provide you with the opportunity to apply your legal expertise and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.
What you'll be doing
* Providing legal advice and support on a range of commercial and corporate matters, including contract drafting and review, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions
* Assisting with the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, such as supply contracts, service agreements, and joint venture arrangements
* Researching and advising on legal issues that impact the business, including industry regulations and compliance requirements
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal considerations are incorporated into business initiatives and projects
* Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, and advising the business accordingly
* Participating in the development and maintenance of the company's legal policies, procedures, and templates
What we're looking for
* Recent law graduate with a strong academic record and a keen interest in corporate and commercial law
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic and commercially-focused legal advice
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into plain language
* Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the development of junior team members
* Familiarity with the energy industry or a strong interest in learning about the sector is desirable
